In the search box at the top of the Search and Book page you can seach hotels by location, by type or by price range.


It is an option to search for available hotels. The search box at the top of the Search and Book page containing the arrival and departure data.


You can find the address and other contact details on the hotel page.


On the hotel page  you find GoogleMap with hotel location and printable driving directions.

Hotel facilities

 


The check-in and check-out times differ. You will find them on the general information page of the hotel. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let the hotel know in advance using the Special Requirements field in the bookings form, or call or send a message to the hotel by using the link in your confirmation email.

Reservation process

 


When you have made a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a couple of minutes. The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam inbox".


Unfortunately, we are the real time online booking system and we do NOT take bookings by telephone or email. But if you want  to book a hotel room by telephone or email, please contact hotel. Hotel phone number or email you will find on general hotel page.


As soon as you have completed the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number. Direct bookings are confirmed by email within a few minutes.


When you make a booking, please check your email address. If you do not receive an email after you have completed the booking, it might be because your mailbox is full, your spam filter settings are too strict or you did not spell your email address correctly. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email to the hotel and to us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Pricing

 


Rates on the BookingPro website are different. Each hotel itself indicates how to calculate the price, per person or per room. You will see this on hotel page.


No, we will not charge you any reservation fee.


If a hotel has indicated that the deposit should be, then yes. When you make the final settlement in a hotel, the security deposit will be deducted from the total price.


In general breakfast is not included. If it is included in the price it will be mentioned on hotel page.


Taxes are included in the room rates.

Yes, our booking system support payments with Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer and Cheque.
However each hotel itself determine what methods of payment it accepts.


You do not have to enter your credit card details in BookingPro website. Credit card payments are made through SecureTrading.

If a hotel has indicated that the reservation deposit is necessary, then you have to pay a deposit amount at the booking time. The remaining amount of the reservation you will pay at the hotel.


VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON. Some hotels also accept Diners Club, JCB and other local cards.

Absolutely. Just link your credit card to your PayPal account, either when you sign up or by updating your account profile. Cancellation

 


To cancel your booking, login to BookingPro and open List Bookings. Choose booking what you want to cancel and push button Cancel booking. Or contact hotel by phone or e-mail to cancel your booking. Then you may make a new booking on our website.


No, BookingPro will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking in advance. You may have to pay cancellation fee for hotel. You will find the cancellation policy on the hotel page.


After you have cancelled a booking you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation.


Cancellation policies differ per hotel. Should you need to cancel a reservation, please cancel in time as failure to do so may result in a no-show charge. You will find the cancellation policy of a specific hotel at the More information page of the hotel.
